Customer Service Representative – Call Center

Responsible for offering orientation to clients over the phone, according to requests and needs presented, guaranteeing first contact resolution. Key player in the customer experience by showing professionalism, kindness and excellency.

  • Bachelor’s in Entrepreneurship, Social Sciences, Health Services or equivalent (preferable).
  • Minimum one year customer service experience.
  • Advance computer application knowledge.

Clinical Nurse

Responsible for providing education and orientation about general symptoms presented by the patient through the call.

  • Bachelor in Nursing Sciences with 3 years of clinical experience in coronary intensive care, geriatrics, pediatrics, gynecology, emergency room, general medicine and / or trauma. Or instead, Associate Degree in Nursing Sciences with 5 years of clinical experience;
  • License and Professional Association;
  • License to practice in the state of Florida (USA) up to date (preferable);
  • Flexibility to work on rotating shifts including holidays and weekends;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English;
  • Advanced knowledge in computer applications (indispensable).

Business Analytics Specialist

Responsible for daily monitoring of call traffic received by the call center. Strategy development to maintain a low call volume and stable numbers. Current and historical data analysis to create volume projections for the following months.

  • Bachelor’s in Entrepreneurship, Operations and supplies Management, Statistics, Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum one year experience supervising employees or coordinating efforts (preferable)
  • Experience creating shift schedules
  • Excellent data analysis skills for development of projections, critical judgement, sense of urgency and team work
  • Advance Excel skills and other call center software
  • Orientation and compromise towards customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Complete availability, including weekends and holidays

Sales Representative (Fully Bilingual)

Responsible for receiving inbound calls and is responsible for orientation, service, resolution and sales campaigns.

  • Undergraduate studies in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, Health by accredited institution or equivalent in years of experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferable);
  • Minimum of (1) year of experience in service and sales (indispensable);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (indispensable);
  • Driven by sales quotas and targets;
  • Advance knowledge in use of computers, applications and technology oriented;
  • Customer centered and focus on outstanding service;


Lifestyle Coach

Responsible for completing health assessments (HRA) to clients is the advantage population. These questionnaires are created with the goal of identifying the lifestyle and level of health risks of medicare beneficiaries. A comprehensive plan to help the beneficiary improve their health is created with the answers.

  • Bachelor’s in Social Work or Psychology.
  • Minimum one year customer service experience and/or health related scenarios.
  • Experience managing computer software.
  • Orientation and compromise towards customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
