Help Desk Technician

The Help Desk Technician provides technical assistance to computer system users. Answer questions and/or resolve computer problems for clients through face-to-face interventions, via telephone or remotely.


  • Bachelor’s Degree on Information Systems, Computer Science or related areas
  • Minimum of one to three (1-3) years of experience as Computer Technician or related position
  • Hands on experience working with Microsoft Office, Windows Operating Systems, among others
  • Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken, written and reading)
